		Keith Fisher Butcheryand product development expert Keith has worked within the meat industry for most of his working life. He works closely with the Worshipful Company of Butchers and is a director of the Institiute of Meat.He can offer help and advice on maximising the use of a pork carcase, as well as providing cutting guides and specifications.

		Claire Holland Project manager for BPEX, Claire has worked in the meat industry for over 14 years. Claire is responsible for producing marketing material for use by butchers and consumers, and ensures the industry is kept up-to-date with current BPEX marketing activity, by producing the BPEXPress and updating this website.


		Jackie Hawkes BPEX administration assistant, Jackie is available to help with all your enquiries and to send out literature or promotional material. She will also be happy to speak to you regarding any queries or suggestions you may have about this site.

		Tony Goodger BPEX foodservice manager Tony, has plenty of advice for butchers aiming to increase their share of the foodservice market.
