: "The Judging of the final for overall winner of the BPEX Foodservice Sausage of the Year Competition is something that makes our competition unique. We don't judge the sausages, the finalists do! This way, it remains foolproof and extremely worthy It's a peer review. We don't tell them who the winner is, the points they give each sausage tell us!"
